The Mediation Place is an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Center.
Alternative Dispute Resolution refers to methods of resolving disputes outside of traditional court proceedings. These methods include but are not limited to negotiation, mediation, conciliation, arbitration, and early neutral evaluation.
At The Mediation Place, we believe that conflict doesn’t have to mean combat. We exist to help people resolve disputes out of court peacefully, respectfully, and effectively.
Registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria and accredited by the Rivers State Multi-Door Courthouse, we specialize in Alternative (or as we prefer—Appropriate) Dispute Resolution. That means we use the best method for each unique situation—whether it’s mediation, arbitration, conciliation, negotiation, counselling, or facilitation—to guide parties toward a fair and lasting resolution of any conflicts that have arisen or may arise.
